Enhancing travel through experience
The idea for Journey Kindly was created in 2016 in response to an increase in international travel. As the young to the newly retired took more flights and visited more destinations, the affluent footprint had a bigger effect on place. Overall, tourism is a positive for local economies, especially those impoverished, but travelers also bring more pollution and can negatively alter certain aspects of regional culture.
Journey Kindly operates through an optimistic lens that people meet the wanderlust dreams and improve the places they visit. The brand believes in a more self-conscious travel who give back time and resources to the places they love to visit most.

Journey Kindly was created with a specific traveler in-mind. This was a person who has a well-used passport and usually avoids the all-inclusive resorts. They are taped into interesting spots to visit and are usually the first person friends text when they want to go abroad. And yes, they're probably fans of Anthony Bourdain.
The brand caters to people who are passionate about travel. Through them, they push the way people think about travel. They help add to the itinerary an amazing nonprofit in addition to booking a hotel, rental car and plane ticket.
